Refund policy

Replacements

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, simply get in touch within 30 days of delivery so we can make it right. We’ll organise a replacement or a refund once the issue is confirmed.
Please email us at hello@silklashco.com.au with your order number and a clear photo of the concern.


Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you’re welcome to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the product is returned in its unused and unopened condition, we’ll process a refund for the item cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item. As return postage is not refundable, we recommend using a tracked service—especially for items valued over $75—to ensure your parcel arrives safely.

Before sending anything back, please email hello@silklashco.com.au so we can confirm your return eligibility and provide the correct instructions.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our fulfilment team works quickly, so once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
