Processing Times
All orders are processed with care by our fulfilment team. Next day dispatch on all orders placed Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (sales, new launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer- thank you for your patience.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle.
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen postal delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at hello@silklashco.com.au — we’ll do our best to assist.
If the parcel has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Pre-Order / Backorder Items
If you purchase an item marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped together once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.
